During his retreat Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche gave teachings on the Advice of Lishu Taring and the practice of Sherap Chamma.

Part 2 after the 2nd International Lishu in Kathmandu, Nepal, from March 5 to 7, 2011. Visit of Triten Norbutse monastary and H.E. Yongdzing Namdak Rinpoche, a side trip to Boudhanat. Bird release in Godawari, afterwards a short visit to Bungamati and to the Royal Palace of Patan. In Pharping prayer flag and prayer ceremony. In the evening Birthday celebration with Mandala offering and finally the Birthday Party.
